Shipping Charges

- Hong Kong and Macau Express:

*** Free shipping for purchases over $500, $30 shipping fee for purchases under $500 (Hong Kong Region) ***
*** Purchase over $1200 can enjoy free shipping, under $1200 need to charge $65 shipping fee (Macau) ***

Delivery Method

Orders will be shipped out in 1-2 working days at the earliest after payment is confirmed, and delivery will be arranged by "SF Express".

If the same order contains both [In Stock] and [Limited Time Pre-Order] items, they will be shipped together after the [Limited Time Pre-Order] items arrive.

Order Confirmation

Please complete the payment process as soon as possible after submitting your order. Items will only be confirmed after the payment process is completed.

After the order is confirmed, the transaction is complete and cannot be canceled.

Exchange Policy

The exchange policy is based on the quality of the goods:

If you find the goods have non-human quality problems, the goods to be exchanged must have the original packaging, original labels, hang tags and accessories (if any) that come with the goods, within 3 days of purchase, send photos of the problematic part of the goods to 連同訂單號碼電郵到acbcreativebag@gmail.com或Whatsapp 9861 9643 and contact our customer service to follow up. We will follow up as soon as possible after receiving the email/private message, and may need to ask you to send back the returned item(s) with quality problem. There is no exchange for discounted items.

-In case of any dispute, A.C.B. Creative Design reserves the right of final decision without prior notice.
-The color of the product may vary slightly due to the difference in computer screen settings, the actual product is subject to change.
-Prices, promotions, terms and conditions may vary due to actual circumstances.
